I've 'reversed' the file so the outer edge is a 'base' for Mr Happy to sit on so should be easier for FDM printers to manage.

There's two sizes both 3mm thick, one is 30mm'ish high, the other is 60mm'ish high

It's HERE on thingiverse and a remix of Gregs original  Yes
