SALOONS - FINAL ROUND

Last week was the final round of this (and last) years Saloon championship.
The format for this class produced VERY close results and is my favourite, mainly because it was my brainwave and I haven't seen it used anywhere else
The result from the evening produced a 3 way tie in Production between Ken Kinski, Graeme Bickford and Ian Chanter with 14pts each, which added to the previous scores gives us a champion in Graeme, best 4 of 5 rounds to count.

In Pro it was a little more spread, the win with 15pts going to John Down, from Graeme on 13pts & Bernie on 12pts, but having only managed to hold 3 rounds the result comes from the best 2 which gives us joint champions, Bernie Lawrance and Mike Stonehouse on 25pts each, followed by Graeme & John on 24pts each, I said it was close.

Congratulations to Graeme, Bernie & Mike
