At the cheap and cheerful end of the Scalex range is the crash resistant cars like the LMP below. There was a request via the FB page about this car so I created a chassis re-using the original running gear apart from the guide system. 

   

   

 Chassis shown is for the S Can (FC130) motor with an integral inline pod configuration mounted on torsion arms, also available is a boxer/flat 6 version and a special with a DPR hatch (S Can IL). The original rear wing clips into the chassis using the same points as the original, and if required the original guide can be used if the guide holder is bored out to suit.
