It looks like it's been modelled for rendering purposes primarily, so I'm guessing you'd need to disassemble the model into parts to make the file size smaller.

By which I mean separate out the body, wheels, interior, windows, wing mirrors, bumpers etc into different files.

I should stress that although I do quite a lot of 3d modelling, all of it is for rendering rather than printing, so I'm no expert.
