Oxigen chipped on analogue?
#4

TD
Wouldn't you be better off just pulling the chip out for analogue racing?
Many reasons to do this:

- Work around the voltage drop that occurs in all digital chips.
- Lower the weight and centre of gravity of the car
- Remove the risk to (blowing up) the expensive chip
- use motors above the chip current spec.

Chips can be easily Swapped in and out using the right connectors.
I usually solder everything in for my oxigen endurance cars but recent changes to the DiSCA GT min weight limit leave plenty of ballast weight that could be put to good use.
The microsdeans connectors also prevent ( chip threatening ) polarity misconnections.
In this case, using a micro deans connector so that chip swaps could be done mid race without a solder gun being required.
