It occurs to me that only this laptop is recognized by SRF

I finally finished my pickup project.

The flame base is Tamiya yellow lacquer, Ferrari red top coat, and enough clear to bury my mistakes.

I spent extra time working to keep the intricate drip edge and molding detail the original Aurora stylists put in their Model A series.

Rims are Vincent chrome Fuchs with Heister skins.

The glass is whittled and polished from an AFX Woody.

Macro can be very deceptive.

It's snug up front, but still uses a drop plate; albeit "zero clearance". Travels is just a few thousandths. Spools right up with a Tyco box motor modified with 440 parts. Handles like a dream. The .032" brass pan sits well below the axle line.
