Ronnie keeps going on about where my permanent track should be situated!! It's started me wondering what it is she wants  

On the side of the house, we have a lean to where tractors used to be kept. Shouldn't be hard to add a front wall and do some insulation. Rather fancy a separate section rather than just in the house somewhere.

I wonder what I can fit in a space 9.5 metres by 3.5 metres  

The width might be a bit limiting but the straights should be fun.
