Great introduction Marcury!
Curiously my story is similar in most respects. Likely so for most of us.
I always enjoy the "who what where when why how" of how folks first get a hobby virus, how it may go into remission for periods; and then returns more virulent than ever, later in life. The all encompassing global aspect of the phenomenon is fascinating to me, because of it's indisputable mutually inclusive nature. We come from many places and walks of life, but we immediately walk on common ground through the 'universal hobby translator'.
As for mutilating the "Hinklisch Lankwich", dont sweat it. You will not be graded on grammar, punctuation, or composition. We only grade on slot cars and fellowship. (jk)
