Hi. As a newbie setting up a system for my grandchildren! ONE car doesn't sit as low in the slot as the other and therefore it loses grip and wants to leave the track compared with the other one.  HOW do I fix IT? Applied gentle pressure but it stays proud. Braids look the same as other car (almost new) HELP?  Tappingfoot
