As I said a few times, the Scalextric forum can be really useful to interact with other enthusiasts. However, the Scalextric team have requested - on the Scalextric forum - for ARC users to report bugs directly, sending the specific, detailed information by email. What I’m talking about here is software bugs in the ARC app, not hardware faults or anything else. I’m glad you’ve had a good experience sorting a hardware issue with your ARC Pro powerbase - those of us who contribute to the Scalextric forum aim to please :-)
