Weird that, as I have had no issues or been told to take it to any specific email address in the first instance when I had an issue with my ARC Pro power base, reached out via the forum and bingo things got started from there, which did end up going through a specific email system outside of the forums.
It does show that Hornby do read the forums and do interact with people unlike other businesses that have forums and still do not interact with their customers. Great job Hornby and staff
It is still a great starting point if not for any other reason than being closer to home base for the product rather than being on the other side of the word away as most people might be.
