Yes, it is the MKI from the Eddie Stobart Escort set C3369A, ¨limited edition" of 3500.
At 70 GBP it wasn't cheap, but I bought it for 65 GBP, which is still quite pricey.

My purchase from the UK Slot Car Festival - SCX’s new Skoda Fabia. 
Love the working lamp pod! It looks so cool on track - especially in the gloom of my loft!
I followed Hub’s advice from his excellent review in the May issue of Slot Car Magazine and popped 3g of tungsten putty behind the guide. It runs a treat!
Really hope SCX include the functioning light pod on more future rally releases.
