3D crossover bridge
#1

One of the club members has commissioned a Rally track to be taken to local shows to get even more members than we have luckily accumulated recently.

An ex-club member is doing the track for us (he left to go back to RC cars/trucks/speed builds)

I was asked to draw up a two lane crossover bridge 1.1m long by 200mm wide and thought about it overnight with an idea to cut the slot seemingly simple enough...
...it was in reality.

It will be split into sections and 3D printed by the ex-club member who has a much larger printer than me.

This is quite fortuitous as I'd intended doing a single lane hump section for our Rally stage but think it'll be much easier and quicker to make it from a long sheet of 3mm thick expanded foam formed into a humpy shape.

Either way, a nice little project

Life is like a box of Slot cars... Cool Drinkingcheers
