RSM Downstop Lock.

Place the downstop lock onto the thread followed by an appropriately sized Nyloc nut and washer under the nut.

   

Wind the adjusting handle down to the desired height with the 'lock' off

   

Add a small cut to the tyres and lock the handle in place

   

This stops the screw adjustment backing off which unfortunately is a 'feature' of these kinds of truers.
