I am new to the slot car sport, I am having trouble binding the cars to the receiver...It works on the first car, but I can never get the second one to accept.  any ideas?

Thanks for the reply..  I have the carrera digital 124 double victory set....I am stuck at the binding process..No problem on binding the first car to the receiver, it takes the code and runs on the track....when I try to go to the second binding number, ie, 2, and try to bind the second car and hand controller nothing happens....I have tried another hand controller thinking that might be the problem but the same happens....I moved to the encoding of cars to the speed controller and again it seems to work for the one controller.   The instructions are a bit foggy to me, but followed each step and  still cannot get the other hand controller to work.   thanks for any advice...
