WHO Digital Test Night September 2026
#1

Nineteen of us pitched up to test cars in preparation for the autumn's Digital Saturdays, which start in ten days time with the 2026 WHO Goodwood Revival.

Although we'd shifted the test night from its regular August slot, the summer weather carried over - a proper hot day seeing plenty of people in shorts and t-shirts. Phil was using the evening to check out whether he could make the jump from home digital racing to our club system - and it looked like he could. Some racers had one or two cars to try out, others had a dozen or more. Plenty of work went on during the evening...

We started with five 15 minute test sessions, with six drivers on track each time, and then moved onto complete seven 4-minute races before the end of the evening...

Race One: Euro Saloons

Race Two: American Muscle

Race Three: BTCC

Race Four: Fast & Furious

We're thinking the racing versions of the new Japanese models could be a new race for our 2027 Tin Top Saturdays...

Race Five: Goodwood Revival Part 1

Race Six: Anything Goes

Race Seven: Goodwood Revival Part 2

A big thank you to everyone who came along - and especially to the set-up and race control crews, plus all those who stayed to pack away...

We're back for the Goodwood Revival in ten days - the first of a fabulous autumn of digital events...
