Metro 6R4 Refurb
#1

Thought I would start off a dedicated thread where we can put down some ideas and see what develops.

Here is my car for starters (one of the many ex-Woodcote bodies...)

Reading the comments in the TR7 thread, there seems to be two possible ways to go: -

1. The Metro route; with a similar track width to the TR7 to allow mixed grids between the two models, or

2. The 6R4 route; basically Metros with skirts, so a wider track and wilder performance.

And will this be a bit of fun for the Christmas break, or something for next August?

I've already got a Scaley bodied 6R4 which I think would comply with those rules, and I have a box of 6R4 shells spare if anyone wants to build one
