OK, the first is a 'concrete' barrier but made by whom and to fit what track please?

Height exc. clips 25mm. Length 45mm.

Is this mystery object anything to do with Scalextric, or any other 1/32 slot racing kit?

It takes three AA batteries and has a fly lead connector as shown.
