Hi all,
I have bought a UR30 license but have not received any license code. Have contacted the supportĀ via mail but no reply.
Any suggestions or is the money lost in space??

I think that my licence email went in to Spam (IIRC).

I was just about to say that Pierrick, who runs UR is not the sort of person to rip people off, so whatever the problem was, I'm sure it wasn't intentional.
