RE: WHO Winter Rally-Sprint Proxy 2021 REPORT - Qman - 7th-Mar-21

Think I might have to enter the next one, just have to decide what car to use, I wont be a sheep and follow the leaders from this one, I want something a little unusual Rofl

RE: WHO Winter Rally-Sprint Proxy 2021 REPORT - Nonfractal - 7th-Mar-21

A big "thanks" to all of the hosts.
Three stage wins is much more than I could have expected from my first proxy.
Enjoyed this immensely over the past few weeks.

Massive thank you to all the hosts for a great event.  Coverage has been great and I'm looking forward to the fanzine coming out.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my first proxy, and am very happy with an overall top 10 finish; not to mention a couple of podiums along the way and most of all an actual stage win!  Already planning the development of my little RS200 for the next one!  Great work guys

RE: WHO Winter Rally-Sprint Proxy 2021 REPORT - woodcote - 7th-Mar-21

It's possible I may get the fanzine finished tomorrow... But in the meantime here are a few stats that will be included:

[attachment=13111]

The first is an analysis of top 5's on the stages (note: some were shared, so the column total may add up to more than 11).

Then we have the results for Classes A and B, including top 3 finishes...

Tomorrow will involved packing up some cars, ready for posting the first batch on Tuesday. Do let me know if you've moved in the past six weeks (!) although I will be emailing/messaging you all in the next 24 hours.

The fanzine is very nearly ready - you'll be able to read it in front of a roaring fire this evening.

Because a lot of you are already planning for next year, here's a preview of the official announcement...

There's plenty of work for us to do, but it'll be a similar event to the one that's just finished - building on what went well, learning from things that didn't go so well and - hopefully - benefiting from there being few (if any) Covid restrictions next January.

As for the cars...

Here's the fanzine for you to keep and enjoy... [attachment=13128]
The 56-page pdf is formatted for reading electronically - it does look particularly good on an iPad - but if you'd like a high-res version to print out, just ask.

Included in the fanzine are: I hope you enjoy it Thumbup
