And I will add that if you happen to be the one and only Sedan in the Event 1 Proxy then you will still win the prize.......but you won't because myself and another are entering Sedans as well. Bigsmile

But Kevan asked about my own cars.......

Sadly I currently I don't have a Sedan, but I do have the kits from Carlos in Spain and been waiting for an excuse to make one come alive for a very long time. So now I have a year to get my finger out and make a couple at least.

I love the Corvette.  I have resin printed a hard top for my Ninco C1 intended for the Goodwood Kinrara event.

Although early for next years proxy I made a start on the Studebaker kit I have last week, and after many hours of sanding it is now weighting around 26gms

Should look something like the real thing when finished

But as I have plenty of time I am also contemplating a Buick or a Jaguar MK7 as alternatives for the Road Race, depending on what eventually seems to run the best.

After many hours file tweaking I have a Stude body awaiting an updated chassis for the Stude I printed a couple of years ago...not one of your flyweight A71 bodies, this one will be over 20g with windows and interior.

A resin Mk7 Jag was seen circumnavigating our track last Thursday...but on a brass/wire chassis

First primer spray, looks like there is some filling of the moulding to do  Bigsmile

For some reason the Studebaker Champion/Commander fascinates me, it's a fabulous race car...

Yes, I would be very happy with a grid line up of those cars  Sun

Mind you 2nd from last one would not meet my 1.5mm track clearance rule  Bigsmile

RE: Slotting Car Proxy Club - OXO cube - 27th-Mar-24

finding any these iconic cars in 1/32 is the real mission
especially the Stude
weird there are lots of 1/43 , 1/24 , 1/25
or am i looking in the wrong places or using the wrong search criteria
