RE: Extreme Slotting - Mike174 - 4th-Sep-21

First of all, what a track set up! Second of all thanks for hosting and great job. Third; a first in class A and a second in class D! Great results.  Thumbup (Going to revel in this as I guess it will only get worse!  Wrench)

RE: Extreme Slotting - Gpa113 - 4th-Sep-21

Cool looking layout for Stage 2 Thumbup

Plus a win in the Scratchbuilt class for my weathered / beaten up Fiesta by 3/4s of a lap over a good length track   Yes

Thanks for hosting Phil, looking forward to tomorrow's Stage.

Pip

RE: Extreme Slotting - Graham - 4th-Sep-21

Wavegreen Hi Folks,

Many thanks to Phil for providing us with a really great looking 2nd Stage, and certainly we did get some different results.

So the final results for todays Stage are below

I am out racing classic style slot racing at a club this weekend, so I will post the accumulated results tomorrow evening or Monday morning depending on what time I get back.

RE: Extreme Slotting - Graham - 5th-Sep-21

Wavegreen Hi Guys,

back from my weekend away racing.

I have combined the laps achieved for the Stages 1 & 2

[attachment=17813]

Looks like Mike Scott is leading 2 of the 4 classes

So onwards to James in South Wales for Stages 3 & 4.
James is a very keen Raid racer enthusiast, so expect some expert driving.

RE: Extreme Slotting - Qman - 6th-Sep-21

@Graham did you tighten the guide back up on the Panda before it left you? Camels Hump looked to be the ideal stage for the Police to catch the 'crims' Rally

RE: Extreme Slotting - Graham - 6th-Sep-21

Hi Bernie,
not entirely sure now, I know in the end to make the Panda car run on the SCX track I had to take off the guide and grind it down to about 1.5mm to make it run smoothly around the track. The original thickness of 2mm kept catching in all the joints of the track.

RE: Extreme Slotting - Graham - 11th-Sep-21

Wavegreen Hi Folks,
James has completed Stage 3 of the Raid Rally
