F1 - the movie
#11

Thursday I went to see the Brad Pitt F1 movie. The plot is completely ludicrous with gaping errors in it but it was the best screen depiction of actual racing I have ever seen. No CGI and the actors were actually driving the (tarted up F2) cars at 180mph. Absolutely glorious on a big screen! There are some films that just have to be seen in a cinema and this is one of them.

Overall well worth seeing if you can suspend your disbelief that someone can crash twice in the same race and go on to win!

Anybody else been to see it?

Well, now that I know how it ends, I can save a few bucks.  Since we are sharing the movie, my son had the privilege of racing against Martin Donnelly when he raced a season in the UK.
