A Snow Day
19th-Feb-25, 03:59 PM
We rarely get that amount of snow around these parts, Ken. In fact this winter (........thus far) we had 2 inches one morning and by the afternoon the precipitation had turned to rain. By the evening the snow had all washed away. I think we might have had a handful of noticeable frosts since December.
It's got to the point where I don't use winter tyres anymore - two of our cars have all season tyres on all year round, and my BMW X3 has a set of summer wheels/tyres and a second set with all seasons on that only go on mid-November to mid-March.

Best regards,
Stuart.

Yup, Goodyear All Season tyres here. We had an inch or so, just enough for a little bit of sideways action if provoked. Oh how I wish I still had rear wheel drive
