Chatbots
#1

I am not proud of this but I recently lost my temper with a robot! Rofl

I was sorting out the car insurance online with Aviva when something went wrong so I was obliged to speak to the dreaded chatbot. This got me nowhere as it just gave gibberish replies to my questions. Eventually I snapped, said it was F....ing useless and would it please F off and get me a human being to speak to. Surprisingly enough it did just that and a nice lady sorted my problem out very quickly. Now she may well have been a robot as well but I don't think so.

I never realised you could do this so I have tried it a couple of times on other sites and it worked there too. Just swear at the robot and it will get a nice human being for you. Thumbup

'Hi, my name is Freija, how can I help you?'

me - 'I need to book a service for a customer'

'sorry I don't understand, please repeat that'

me (after a few more attempts) - no you're not ****** Freija, you're a computer...******** ******* ******!!!!

Life is like a box of Slot cars... Cool Drinkingcheers

Whenever I see a chatbot, I automatically tell it I need to speak to a human and so far, it has been 100% successful (as in talking to a human, rarely to sort out the problem Sun)

I haven't resorted to swearing yet but maybe that would get the human to do their job too!

I’m implementing this into my new practice plus sometimes I just feel better when I blurt out a few 4-12 letter words.  Look at Samuel L Jackson, he seems to be the model for good health
