In answer to your question Woodcote, these are the cars I ran on Wednesday, all seeing competition for the first time...
The TR7 is a shoe-in for Farnborough, so I took the opportunity to shakedown my new 914 to see how it ran straight out of the box. It wasn't quite up there with the other 914s, so it has had a bit of fettling since and I'm looking forward to seeing how it goes at the GB round alongside the TR in the Classic class.
The SCX Marlboro Lancia had its debut on Wednesday and showed some promise, but needs some more prep work before coming out again. However I did learn that it is actually a limited edition model worth a few pounds...so no reasonable offer refused!
And the third debutant was the Ninco Citroën C4 that has run well at home, and put in some cracking runs on Wednesday. That will be going to Farnborough.
