One coat of clear, undecided if I should do another? Now just gotta get some braid and fences/walls, because if the power is connected before fence = broken cars

Braid is down, now onto walls/fences then power, or maybe power first and careful laps

Here's how I made the braid joins on removable sections, al put together with no power taps and cars do a full lap with 9 volt battery

Looking great.

First rule of track building:
Don't power it up till rest of it is ready or you will start running laps and the rest won't get done for a very long time.

Second rule:
If you do power it up then don't fit the timing till the rest is done or you will spend a very long time trying to beat the lap record and completion will be even further away.

Ask me how I know this! Rofl

Yes I did this with my first 2 tracks, were never finished scenery wise  Rofl

Finished the last of the braiding, this piece will be interesting if it works as planned

Been a while since an update, motivation dropped among other things. Will hopefully have the walls/fences done today and then power is next
