Your green flamed Chevy arrived! Cool!
They are all nice additions to the fleet.

A couple more of the AW Trans-Am cars to add to the few others I have. The plan for these before the pandemic was to fit the bodies to Dash chassis with the appropriate style of Vincent wheels - and race them. The drag racing intervened, but I'll get back to the Trans-Am - and some stock car oval racing on the
bullring in 2023.

Sweet! Camaro power!!
The Dash chassis will correct the wheelbase on the 1970 body. But AW corrected the new 68 body to fit the slightly longer AW wheelbase. You might want to upgrade the original AW chassis for the 1968. Check the fit first.

I attended the U.K. Slot car festival on Saturday and had a very good haul. Four of the cars I had already arranged to collect from the seller but was very happy to find the others.
This is the first time I have been to this event and was very pleased. It was great to meet other forum members and put a face to the name

.
I probably spent more than I intended so don’t tell the wife

.
There were some terrific tracks to have a go on and in the H.O. Area was a very impressive Tyco Trucking layout, two Minic motorway layouts plus THORL had a track and a drag strip.
There also was a 1/24 drag strip which I had a go on along with another forum member.

Thanks Nico, the orange Vega still has the plastic wheelie bars.
The four in the last photo are duplicates in my collection so will be useful for swaps.

Nice find, Clive!
The Vega's and Cuda's are cool vintage finds. In great shape too.
They're all cool cars.

Another three original t-jets just delivered. All in fantastic condition, I don’t think they have ever been on the track. The Ford GT is a flamethrower

.
