Now why can't I get rid of the damm fish eyes !!!

I used the same procedure for both bodies, washed them with detergent and warm water, used the same primer, the spray paints were from the same supplier.

The King Cobra good result 1st time 

The E Type Jaguar, now on it's 4th attempt   I have washed the resin body with paint remover, sanded the surface, repainted with a different primer....all looked good, and then using a new can of the top coat
