Newbie after track ideas - Magpie - 22nd-Nov-24

Hi there
I/m a newbie from NZ just got the Bathurst Legends Scalextric set have a platform of 3m X 1.6M would love some track lay out ideas.

Welcome Sean.  

I'd suggest looking through our Track Plans and maybe 101 Circuits to get started

There probably won't be anything that exactly fits your space, but it might help you decide what sort of layout you want, and from there we might be able to get some ideas for you.

The basic questions are...

Analogue or digital? Two lanes or four? Space for scenery, or crammed full of track? Fast and flowing, or tight and twisty? On a table, or on the floor? Will there be access all ound, or will it be limited?

The more info the better.

Welcome Magpie...that name took me back to my early days and a TV series for kids...in my head I heard the '1 for sorrow, 2 for joy, 3 for a girl and 4 for a boy, 5 for silver 6 for gold, 7 for a secret never to be told...Magpie.....'
