Help can’t access my account - Locked Out Account - 23rd-Oct-24

It’s Steve A here, seem to be locked out of my forum account. Tried to log back in many times and have tried “lost password” many times but nothing.
Can one of the admins help me get back logged in again.
Don’t know my password and phone not helping
