Goldrock revival - OXO cube - 21st-Jan-23

after alot of headache
my new garage / man cave has been finished
and the track rebuild has begun to take shape
the original Goldrock track was housed in a pre-fab garage dating from the early 60's
the roof was asbestos , the concrete panels also contained asbestos and it was not insulated which lead to corrosion of the rails and freezing temperatures in winter
the new building is block construction , fully insulated ( walls , floor , roof ) and has been quite cozy , even during this recent cold snap
[attachment=28231] original layout
[attachment=28232][attachment=28233][attachment=28234][attachment=28235]
original layout had a couple of elevations , have decided to remove these for this layout , but as usual things can and will most likely change
table is 16' x 4' with a 3' x 3' dog leg at the far end resulting in a track length of approx 85'
still lots to do , especially the 3dp borders , but will be complete well before hosting Graham's rally proxy this year :) the rally section will be constructed / designed nearer the event

Like the barriers in red and white between the 2 corner radius. Where did you get them or did you make them yourself?
