New Tools and Bearings from Staffs Slot Cars UK - woodcote - 5th-Mar-21

Not only do Staffs Slot Cars UK import and distribute brands such as Avant Slot, Team Slot and Mitoos, they also commission their own products, including wheels, bearings and now some tools...

Arriving later this month are a range of wrenches, screwdrivers, allen keys and grub screws. The keys and wrenches are in the normal 0.9, 1.3 and 1.5mm sizes, plus there will be small cross-head screwdrivers in the same style.

Also on its way is a magnetic tray - ideal for keeping track of small metal parts like screws. This is designed to be small enough to fit into a race box to use at events. It's the same black colour scheme to match the wrenches.

Finally, Staffs are adding to their range of bronze bearings with these racing ball bearings. These are the same standard sizes as the previous products.

3/32 double flanged roller bearings have become very hard to find.
Glad to see Staffs-SCUK stepping up and expanding their product offering.

The Staffs wrenches and magnetic tray have arrived at Pendle Slot Racing today. You can find them here.

The three sizes of wrench - 0.9, 1.3 & 1.5mm - are £4.50 each, the tray is £3.50.

The bearings, allen keys and grub screws will be following soon.

Just arrived at Pendle Slot Racing are the Staffs Slot Cars UK PH0 Phillips screwdriver and two types of bearings.

The screwdriver (here) has an 86mm long handle and detachable tip. The overall length is 170mm. Like the other tools, the cost is £4.50.

Due very soon are shorter (110mm) versions of the screwdrivers - ideal for your pit box...
