SRC 52013 Porsche 914/6 GT Gulf 50th Anniversary RallySlot v3. RRP £79.99. Available 1 December.

Spanish manufacturer SRC updated and re-released their lovely little Porsche 914/6 GT a couple of years ago and made it into a fabulous classic racing car in their 'Chrono' range. Available in both a circuit racing and slot rally versions, the car is currently dominating the Classic class at the Wye Valley Winter Stages proxy slot rally in Wales.

To celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Porsche 914/6 in 2019, SRC planned a release of six Gulf-liveried cars - three circuit versions and three slot rally cars. Each of the six has been available in just 315 units worldwide and come packaged in a beautiful collectors edition box. The final car - the SRC 52013 rally slot version - will be released next week. This third version has different wheels to the other two rally cars, plus extra driving lights at the front.

Underneath the lightweight body and interior is a full-spec SRC Chrono rally slot chassis. This is what you get:

1 x UPGRADE Chassis + (1 + 1) black adaptation “bridges”
Front “bridge” + 2.2 x 10mm screw. Rear “bridge” + 2.2 x 8mm screw
Suspension set: 2 stops, 2 supports, 2 springs (RM0815), 2 screws 1.8 x 6
1 x M3/N engine (RM0109)
9z Pinion In-line. 1 x 27z. Bronze In-line Crown + (1 x Crew 2’5 x 2’5)
2 x ballasts (RM1205) + 4 o-rings gasket
1 x T2 CHRONO Guide (Revolution). 1 x Screw 1,8 x 6 + spacer 580 + spring (RM0805)
2 x Double anti-friction bearing for rear suspension + spacer
2 x Axle 50mm B Steel. 2 spacers for front axle 3,2mm milled brass
4 x Grub screws (to adjust front axle) 2.5 x 0.45 x 3
2 x T1 motor screw
2 x SUPREMEX 2.1 x 8 screw (For body)
2 x Rear tires RN0104. 2 x RN0201 front tires
4 x Complete hubs type “Braid”
1 x Light and painted TC cockpit
