Shelby GT350R -
KensRedZed - 28th-Sep-20
I found out a Shelby GT350 was registered to race at the 1967 Targa Florio, but crashed in practice. Our Targa Florio club rules say "If it was registered. We can race it".

I made an error in the last post and could not remove the wrong photo. Good to know for the future. I'll keep in mind that errors cannot be changed or edited.
The build continues on a second thread.

The car is a very stable and forgiving platform.
Thank you very kindly for looking.

Thank you very kindly, Brian and Jason.
I am new to this hobby. I have only been building for 2-years. This car has caused a bit of a stir at it's first race last Tuesday. My friend that likes to win more than most, is questioning me about the details of how this car is set up. It must have broken a lap-time record or something. I can feel the car is fast and extremely hard to deslot. I don't win races because I'm faster than anyone. I'm not an experienced driver. The aluminum chassis's are very precise, and extremely forgiving. That's the only reason I sometimes end up on the podium. Too funny.
Are there any other functions we should stay away from other than the photo delete button?

Not really, the forum usually functions very well but if you find any glitches please let us know.
You normally have a four hour window to edit the text of your posts but, if you are doing a very long one that might need altering then something that might help, which I don't think is available on other forums, is to save a draft before posting. Thus you can create it at your leisure over time then post when ready. Just click on 'save as draft' at the bottom of the reply window. You can access your saved draft copies via the user CP.

Brian. Thank you very kindly. Everything else seems smooth.
The only other glitch is when I search "next winning lottery numbers" it comes up empty handed. You might want to look into that.

Ken this is really cool, I can't believe the lovely slim chassis you have under that muscle car.
Brilliant.

Hi Tony,
I humbly thank you for your kind words.
Wow! You must be digging through old builds? This was one of my first posts where I didn't know how to properly post or edit pics. A bit funny to look back at now.
Cheers,
Ken
