The cars are arriving for the 1/43 Little Monte Carlo Rally Proxy 2020. - Lloyd.L - 14th-Aug-20

As the title says, the cars are arriving.



The first to arrive were from Peter and Claus:

All of the cars get a short run on Little Monte to see that they work ok, then they go int Parc Ferme:

Ran the newcomers, and the rest of the field, in a hot shed this afternoon.

Usually the Little Monte track can be quite difficult to drive when the weather is hot, but today it was superb All of the cars ran good full laps although some still need a little more plasticene to give them more traction.
 
I must mention the 2 new arrivals, the Zephyrs from America as it was their first time on the tracks: They lapped faultlessly straight out of the box and show good potential.
 
But today's star was a real surprise. It was the ICBM, which means Inter Continental Ballistic Mini!!! I dont know why but it absolutely flew today. It is not an easy car to do full laps with as it is always out of shape and will spin at every corner. But, once the driver, me, got a feel for it, it was very quick. I have not put the clock on them yet, so dont know just how quick yet!
