My Home Track -
Johnno - 19th-Apr-20
Well this is my home track, a fully routed four lane MrTrax (Peter Van Horssen, Hallam, Victoria, Australia)
I originally started out with Scalextric ARC PRO Digital, which was great, is great, just not what I really wanted as I found out.
No track name as yet, boring I know, that's me. Excuse the single mans mess in the photos

Could you point out the mess please?

Gordon.. nearly every photo has mess in the background, small dining table full of paperwork, now it has two more projects added to the pile.. several thousand colour laser printed track advertising to be laminated and cut, and several hundred used slot car tyres to create tyre barriers

Thanks Steve, it sure has it's unique issues, some of those inner corners (Yellow lane) are tight, very tight. The over pass I have had to install a high catch fence made out of metal gutter guard to stop the cars getting serious air and leaving entire track, trust me when a car hits the concrete wall at full speed not much survives.
What I really like about the MrTrax system is the full modular system, does not matter what module I use or remove the entire track design changes. The other plus is I and others with the same four lane modules can join them all together to make even bigger and varied tracks.
I have one module that converts the four lane track into a two lane track yet utilising all four lanes, more variation to the track, nifty indeed

Nice Johnno, envious of the space you have !
That MrTrax system sounds interesting, personally I would prefer non magnetic braid, but it looks like a great system.

Everything has a place and in its place hey as mentioned previously I bet you can locate everything in an instant.
Lots of projects under way there I see

Thanks for that, that is the entire lounge room taken up, TV and sofa area is about 3m x 3m... enough to watch the idiot box, priorities and all.
With Magnabraid I have the option of magnets or not as everyone knows, best of both worlds. And infinite expandability with modules
