Just a heads up... the Winter Series Finale will now take place on Friday, Saturday & Sunday 12, 13 & 14 March. That's to give a few days for the dust to settle after the end of the slightly-delayed WHO Winter Rally-Sprint.

I am looking at dates for further HO proxy drag racing - every other month - through the rest of 2021 and into 2022. Something like this...

That could be the basis of an annual UK HO drag racing schedule that is fun and sustainable, whether the pandemic restrictions continue - or not.

Of course, if anyone else in the UK would like to share the hosting, that would make it even better! Any HO track system could be used and any length strip - ideally at least 7 feet timed, preferably nearer 10 feet (scale 1/8 mile) or even 20 feet (scale 1/4 mile). I can provide the DOS-based Drag Basic timing system and sensors (you will need a PC running Windows 98 or older for accurate timing). There is also the modern Drag RC software that Alan and I were looking at, which requires a DIY Arduino set-up linked to a PC running Windows 8 or 10.

Those six dates shared by two or three venues would be something special Thumbup
