The fella that built engines for the Pond Racer (unlimited air racer) prefers Alfas!

My favourite car that I owned in the 80s - 1 of 283 built for racing…. And some for the road.

Anthony.

Super nice car! Meant for a proper adult, and mature racer.

I was watching TV back in the early 90's, and a commercial came on that made me jump up and say "I want THAT!" I think it was appealing to the 17-year old in me. Nothing serious about the choice. It was all fun.

I made a slight upgrade to an SS a few years later. I still have it.

I guess I'm still a kid.

Aural delight. One of those cars that make you wind the windows down when going through a tunnel. Not the best handling Alfa I ever had (that was the 1300 GT Junior) but oh that engine

Mercedes AMG C-Klasse DTM anyone? Now to choose a colour. My favourite part of the build.

The Bullitt pair finally arrived. The question is... to open? Or not to open?

Open of course!

I've never seen the point buying a nice Slot car and not taking it out of the box for a proper good close look.

It was Mr SlotCar's (Ernie's) store-wide birthday sale today. It would have been a shame to miss it.

Wasn't looking for one of these, but I couldn't resist bidding on it, and I believe I got it for a steal!

An SCX Buggy that adds another string to my Raid stable.

This NSR GT40 Mk1 white kit just arrived.

The plan is to make it into a street legal GT40 Mk3 like the one pictured below. I even like the colour.
