We have recently had the awesome opportunity to start a new club at Raceworld SA in Cape Town, to race 1/24 True Scale model cars for those who enjoy the scale side of the hobby.
In order to get the class up and running properly, I had to build almost 2 Dozen Hard Body GT3 race cars from various cheap RC type bodies and plastic toy cars, eg: Maisto RC, and so on.

Most of these are all painted by myself, decals are drawn and printed by myself, and are all fitted with ZMAchine Pro light kits, and mounted on Plafit 1700 type chassis, which all run to a controlled ruleset.

Great fun to race, and we try to vary the club nights with some races doing day\night\day events , or day\night etc, where we actually turn off the clubs overhead lights to replicate night time..

More Pics to come.

regards

Alan
